I’m Lily Turner: mum of six, partner to a construction business, and a psychic medium who spends most of her time helping people figure out their next move in business and career.

The On/Off Switch

I don’t walk around “tuned in” all day, I couldn’t, not with six kids and a business to run. I consciously open and close my gift, the way you’d switch on a work laptop and shut it down at the end of the day. When I read for you, I’m switched on, fully present, and focused entirely on what you need. When I’m not, I’m just Mum, making school lunches and chasing invoices like anyone else.

Why Business and Career

I hold a degree in business, advertising, and marketing, so when I say I understand the pressure of pricing decisions, launches, and building something from scratch, it’s not just intuition talking. It’s lived experience backed by real training.

Here’s the truth: most of the people who come to me aren’t asking about the afterlife. They’re asking whether to take the job, leave the job, raise their prices, launch the thing they’ve been sitting on, or trust the gut feeling telling them something isn’t right at work. Career and business questions have always been the bulk of what I do, I’m just finally saying so out loud.

I bring the same grounded, no-nonsense approach to a career reading as I do to a message from someone’s mum who’s passed. No flowery language, no vague mysticism. Just clear, honest guidance you can actually use to make a decision.

The Suit Moment

When I put on my suit, something shifts. It’s not a costume, it’s a trigger, the same way a tradie puts on boots before a job. The suit means I’m here to work, to bring you clarity you can act on, not just comfort you can sit with.

What Grief Taught Me

I lost my best friend Sam not long ago, and that loss changed how I sit with people going through hard decisions. I know what it’s like to want a straight answer instead of a soft one. That’s what I try to give you, whether the question is about a loved one who’s passed, or whether it’s time to walk away from a business that isn’t working anymore.
